If the situation you describe is related to a software problem, only Ken Wang would be able to assist you.
The only advice I can offer is that if you do not have confirmation of your choice of profile by means of the confirmatory model and cn immediately below the registration field, you are likely to find that a wrong choice will have been made by the software as in effect , it has not received a definitive choice.
Without that your choice has been confirmed, I suggest that rather than proceeding, delete the registration, re-enter it and double click with your mouse on your chosen model from the list.
Unfortunately Doug, I am unable to replicate the situation you describe.
